Conclusion

I had some reservations about the Monsoon II Lite but in the end I was happy with the performance delivered. I would imagine the stock cooler wouldn’t even be stable with the overclock I was using and at stock speeds load temperatures into the 70s are not unusual. If you are looking for better cooling than air and not looking to delve into the water cooling arena the Monsoon II Lite might be just what you are looking for. Thanks goes out to Vigor Gaming for supplying a sample for us to test.

Pros

1. Cheap alternative to air cooling.
2. Better than high end air solution.

Cons

1. Loud.
